Zone 01: Inbound & body shop

Move Material Fast. Contai The Dust And Spatter.

The body shop is where steel arrives, presses run, and weld lines throw spatter. Doors here have to cycle fast enough to keep takt time and seal tight enough to stop dust and weld debris migrating between bays.

A standard rolling shutter on a high-traffic body-shop opening can take 30 to 40 seconds per cycle and dumps unconditioned air and dust between bays.

The Paint Shop Is A Cleanroom. Treat It Like One.

A single dust particle on a wet body panel is a reject. The paint shop and clean-assembly areas demand dust control on the same level as a pharma cleanroom, with doors that open fast, seal tight, and do not shed particles.

Paint defects from airborne dust drive rework and scrap, and the line cannot stop for a damaged door. A zipper-profile self-repairable door holds air, resists particulate, and recovers automatically after impact.

An auto plant runs thousands of workers across shifts and holds finished vehicles worth crores in the yard. The perimeter and personnel layer logs every entry, controls vehicle movement into secure areas, and gives security a live picture of who is inside.
